Inventory Replenishment Management begins with understanding the basic functions of statistical inventory management, and discusses the various tactics for support inventory requirements based on supply and demand by material type. 

Calculating safety stocks, order points and quantities will allow for attendees to have the right tools to validate or improve the systems they are currently working with, and improve their own business processes.
