Production Activity Control (PAC) The production environment is inherently dynamic. Learn how converting and managing the release, management and completion of production orders will ensure the timely execution of the production schedule. Understand the concepts and practical applications governing the production floor, managing orders both current and past due, and the purpose behind data collection and monitoring production data.

By the conclusion of the seminar, attendees will have acquired practical tools to have Production Activity Control smooth the work load for work production, making effective use of plant personnel.
