Capacity Planning and Management is the cornerstone of effective use controlling a plant’s capacities and setting the priority plan, ensuring capacity is aligned with the company objectives. Understand the different levels of capacity planning in the manufacturing planning and control (MPC) system, and objectives of capacity management. Through discussion and practical, hands-on exercises, this seminar will help attendees gain a firm understanding of the principles and functions of Capacity Planning and Management.
