This session is a hands-on interactive mock-up of a company.

  • We introduce basic Principles of LEAN so that attendees can see and measure the improvement at each iteration.
  • An excellent overview of basic Principles of LEAN, for those ready to implement LEAN in the workplace or looking for professional input having current projects.
  • Classroom environment, with interaction between participants and instructor.
  • For all of the skeptical “show me” attendees, this truly demonstrates the power of Lean and they are a part of the experiment.
