Chris Aiken, project manager from RPM/Legend Brands will share his successes and stresses with the daunting task of absorbing Karcher/ Prochem operations and systems within 6 months. 

Two cultures, multiple locations, different operational philosophies, lack of data and two different ERP systems all had to be unified under the RPM/Legend Brand umbrella within this short timeframe to be ready for the new fiscal year.  Oh and by the way, it had to be seamless for the old and new customer base.  Wow!

Chris Aiken was the internal Project Manager and Kocer Consulting + Engineering was hired to support Chris to ensure success with these complex operations and systems transitions.

During this presentation Chris will share the project management processes and strategies to overcome obstacles, stay on track, mitigate the hundreds of risk factors and bring it home on time and within budget.  He will also talk about the amazing team effort and the collaboration and coordination between all functions in both companies.


Chris Aiken is Project Manager and Strategic Sourcing Manager at Legend Brands in Bellingham, WA.  He is a graduate from the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management from Western Washington University, and is currently attending evening MBA Classes at University of Washington.
